Address Verification and Standardization (AVS) implementation
CaseMail’s new AVS reduces risk, delays, and costs associated with sending mail to incorrect addresses. Improperly addressed mail requires the United States Postal Service (USPS®) to put more effort into sorting and delivery.

The CaseMail AVS system works together with USPS®’ Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS). A process used by USPS® to evaluate the accuracy of address correction/matching software. CaseMail’s AVS & USPS® CASS, ensures your address data follows formatting and standardization requirements set by the USPS®. In addition, CaseMail clients will benefit from having a verified and standardized contact database, which can increase both efficiency and accuracy when sending time sensitive mail.
